This notice explains what information this website and newsletter use, and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible

Downloads
You can download every resource without giving us any information. Completed diaries and worksheets stay with you. We never ask you to upload or send them.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store:
- your email address
- your first name, if you choose to give it
- your preferred newsletter language (Arabic, English or German)
- a record of your consent: when you signed up and when you confirmed
We use this only to send the newsletter in your chosen language. Our email provider, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), stores and sends the emails on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details for advertising. Please don’t send health information by email: this is not a confidential clinical channel.
Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. We keep your address only to make sure you are not emailed again after you unsubscribe.
Statistics
We use Umami Cloud (data stored in the European Union), a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not build personal profiles. It records information such as pages visited, the site you came from, campaign tags in links, device type, approximate country and which buttons were used (for example, which resource was downloaded). We do not send email addresses or any health information to the statistics service, and we do not use advertising pixels or retargeting.
Emails you send us
Emails sent to our @drrakanrazzak.com addresses are forwarded to a Google Gmail inbox. To sort them and prepare replies, we may use AI assistants (Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI). Replies are reviewed by us before they are sent. Please don’t send health information by email.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at the address above. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Hosting and transfers
The website, its domain settings and the forwarding of emails sent to our @drrakanrazzak.com addresses are provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Some providers may process data outside your country. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We will update this notice if anything changes and show the date of the latest update.
